Plans for the Craver Ranch development likely will go unfulfilled after the lender repossessed the acreage at May’s foreclosure auction. The repossession took place for two tracts of land owned by developer JNC Partners Denton off Shepard Road and Gribble Springs Road, said Bonnie Brown, spokeswoman with Foreclosure Listing Service Inc., an Addison-based listing service.
